01.Accessibility Commitment

atar.ws strives to provide an accessible browsing experience for users with disabilities and to meet the accessibility standards in Israel and worldwide. To that end, we have adapted the site to the requirements of Israeli Standard 5568, based on the international standard WCAG 2.0 Level AA of the W3C.

We believe every person has the right to access information and services on the internet independently, and we make ongoing efforts to improve accessibility.

02.Accessibility adjustments implemented

Accessibility widget on the site

The accessibility menu can be opened via the floating button in the lower-right corner of every page. The widget allows:

• Increasing and decreasing font size (up to 140%)
• Enabling high contrast
• Switching to grayscale
• Color inversion (Negative Contrast)
• Highlighting links in bright yellow
• Switching the font to a readable font (Arial / Open Sans)
• Stopping animations and motion
• Full reset of all settings

Choices are saved via localStorage and automatically applied throughout your browsing on the site.

Additional site adjustments

• Semantic HTML structure with proper heading tags (h1, h2, h3)
• Alt text on meaningful images
• Full keyboard navigation — Tab moves between elements
• Clear visual focus indication on interactive elements
• Screen reader support (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) with proper ARIA tagging
• Forms with labels attached to fields
• Color contrast meeting WCAG AA
• Full compatibility with modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
• Compatibility with mobile and various screen sizes
• Support for prefers-reduced-motion to automatically reduce animations

03.Known limitations

Despite our efforts, certain accessibility gaps may still exist on the site. We work on continuous improvement and welcome all feedback.

• Dynamic visual content (cursor trail, focus animations) — can be disabled via the widget.
• Some SVG illustrations may have brief descriptions only.
• Older PDF files (if attached in the future) — full accessibility compliance must be verified.
