3. Reasonable response time — small questions that come up along the way. A response within 24 hours is enough. If you go silent for a week, the project is delayed — not because of me.
4. Trust — this is the hard part. You see the staging URL every day, but some stages look less pretty (developing a new feature, optimization, integrations). Trust that there is a reason.
